Challenge: Design displays to introduce a new line of Surreal's candy to shoppers in grocery chains. Units required to dispense individually wrapped pieces of candy.
Solution: Unique design employs gravity feed to allow consumers to sample two flavors prior to full bag purchase.
Structure: Full 4-color label mounted to E Flute. Special hooks provided to hang power wing. |

| Direct Mailer |
Challenge: Design a highly creative direct mail piece targeted to movie industry executives to persuade them to use United Air Lines as their corporate airline.
Solution: Simulated movie reel case holds metal film tin. Inside tin is velvet covered foam core with plug cut to hold sterling silver business card case. Printed "metal" corners of movie reel case line up precisely.
Structure: Full black and silver label with matte film laminate on movie reel case. Mounted to ebony black E Flute. |

Challenge: Design sturdy, multiple-size boxes for lighting sold at mass merchants, hardware chains, specialty lighting stores, and lawn & garden centers.
Solution: Effective packaging that stands the test of time. Malibu is a staple of the Intermatic line; packaging is continually re-run.
Structure: Full 4-color label mounted to E Flute. |

Challenge: Design direct mail box to hold metal tin with video inside. Client wanted a natural but eye-catching look.
Solution: Kraft box with "Solid" printed in two tone black and white directly on corrugated.
Structure: E Flute Kraft box printed two color with die cut window on front to show mailing address. |

| Counter Display & Shelf Display |
Challenge: Design counter display as mini-tower for meat/butcher departments of major grocery chains.
Solution: Eye-catching display promotes meat purchasing by offering free recipes.
Challenge: Create small shelf display to hold free recipes.
Solution: Display shipped with special hooks to attach to shelf front. Modified client's original design so unit would fit securely on store shelf fronts.
Structure: Full 4-color label mounted to E Flute. Overall film lamination. Unique die cuts. Designed to be shipped pre-pack with recipe booklets. Shield at top of counter display was protected with special wrap to keep it from crushing/bending during shipping. |
